At RunCoach, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your service to request a return.

Condition: no return payment for the services below 100aed.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at elassaoui.noaman@hotmail.com with your full name and mobile number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return payment authorization if your return is approved.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Editing

If you need to edit your service, follow the same steps as above. Indicate that you would like an edit in your return request.

You have 1 Time max for free to request an edit in every service purchased.
